Patrick Boylan has been a sought-after design educator for the past fifteen years at some of the most prestigious design schools in the US, the Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons School of Design, and Marist College. On the global level he has mentored new design talent at universities in China, Taiwan, Turkey, Argentina, and Chile. A graduate of FIT’s rigorous Global Fashion Management master’s program, Patrick informs his teaching with a strong understanding of the business of fashion. Focused on apparel development, Patrick guides his students through the process of transforming their designs from sketchbook concept to runway ready.
