  • ArtsBridge Summer 2015: More Faculty Highlights and Admissions are now Rolling!

    Welcome to our fourth and final installment of Faculty Friday! It’s been a blast! If you missed the rest of the series, you can always see the entire cast of ArtsBridge Summer 2015 Faculty here.

    Today we’re highlighting Kevin Kittle, Stephanie Shroyer, and Victor Talmadge.

    Kevin Kittle is joining us for his second year teaching at ArtsBridge. He is a professor at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. He is an associate director of the Youth Theater of New Jersey, where he teaches in their Summer Theater Institute in residence at Juilliard. On RatemyProfessors.com, one of his students said: “Not just a professor but a real human being. A friend.” At ArtsBridge, we also consider Kevin a real human being and a friend.

    Stephanie Shroyer is teaching in the Starter Edition program in San Francisco. She is Associate Professor of Acting and Associate Artistic Director at the USC School of Dramatic ArtsShe is a two-time recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for her direction.  Other directorial and acting recognition includes Ovation and LA Weekly nominations, nine Drama-Logue Awards and a Garland Award. We’re so excited that Stephanie will be joining us for her first ArtsBridge Summer experience.

    Victor Talmadge is also teaching in the Starter Edition program in San Francisco. He is currently Director of the Theater Studies Program at Mills College, and has served on the faculty at Santa Fe University of Art and Design, Johns Hopkins University and New York University.  On Broadway, Victor worked on the world premiere of David Mamet’s, November. He played “The King” in the Tony Award winning production of the Broadway National tour of The King and I, and was Scar in the Los Angeles production of The Lion King.
